Ten years of outstanding service
I've been a Namecheap customer for ten years now. Over the last decade they've handled more domains than I can remember. Never has the service been anything less than first class. Namecheap = An Excellent Company
I began by moving my domains over from GoDaddy to Namecheap in 2014. So I've been with them for over 2 years now. I use them for domain names, SSL certificates and domain transfers. I have never, ever had a problem with them. On the contrary, I have only had excellent service from them and their support is top notch. Outstanding services, Customer Support and ease of use!
I've been with namecheap.com since 2006 and I have had the absolute best experience with them of any other hosting company.Their Live customer support is always running and they've always followed through on any issues I might have had.Not a single one of the negative comments left here are justified, heck, most of them are just complete fabrications!Namecheap have always given a 'grace period' to renew domain names, and I have NEVER been charged $200 to renew a domain in such a status as ...

No Problems, Great Customer Service
Used Namecheap for a couple of years to hold a few Domain names, no problems and seemed to always have great up time.Any problems I've had have been dealt with quickly via Live Chat, think I've spoken to a total of 4 Agents and each of them were helpful and knowledgeable, couldn't ask for better really.

Don'T Be sorry Namescheap is horrid
This company has zero customer support .The service is very hard to use and they refuse to allow domain transfer.Do yourself a favor and pick a different hosting company .Cheap is not always good.

Good Services but some Terrible Policies
I really like Namecheap in terms of their services, but they have some policies which I think really let them down. I was stuck between 2 or 3 stars, I think 2 would be unfair because they're really good except for these policies, so I'm giving three stars, but in reality I'd give them 5/5 for their services, and 1/5 for fairness of a couple of their policies. They gave up my whois information to a lawyer who demanded it.
I had whois protection, was not doing anything illegal, and they gave up my whois information when a lawyer from a competing website sent a letter demanding them to do so.The competing website then filed a lawsuit against me because they were able to determine my home address from the whois information(they were much larger and it was just a shakedown to get my domain name.If I recall correctly, namecheap did not inform me that they had removed the whois protection. This is the best company in the whole world
If any other company will learn, they need to go and learn about namecheap's customer support, its the best i have ever seen and i will surely model my company after this great customer support. They will never leave you hanging or unattended to. Please namecheap, keep the good work alive!

Low prices and good customer services
They have low prices and a good customer support which helps you out really quick and knows how their system works. Thats pretty much all you could expect from a domain reseller. Also their control panel is really good and intuitive.
