dreadful......
bought a domain name but then told I cant update the MX records due a technical issue so all the email is down.......ridiculous! Helpful support but a dreadful system. Please fix this.

Terrible support. Issue with Google Apps left me absolutely furious
When I bought my domain from Namecheap, I bought 1 month of Google Apps (no option to auto renew at point of purchase.The subscription expired and I had to access to my emails, files, calendar etc. Clients were contacting me and I was losing potential business. Live support takes minutes to reply and then they give sh!t copy and paste answers that do not even work.Maybe hire something better then some cheap russians.

Totally BAD services
they suspend my account. i dont know for what reason. i have opened ticket about 24 hours ago but you didn't solved yet. open my account so that i can copy my files and move to another provider. you peoples have no idea about business.this is not request its warning. open my account otherwise i will go to court. because my websites are down from 24 hours & i am in big loss.

J'ai acheté un service sur ce site pour l'entreprise pour laquelle je travaille sauf qu'ils ne fournissent pas de factures... Et pour un remboursement il faut payer 0.99 dollars pour lequel ils ne fournissent pas de facture.Aussi leur service client est très mauvais. J'étais sur le chat en ligne. Et ils mettent 5 minutes à répondre entre chaque messages... donc ca prend 25 minutes pour avoir une réponse quand cela pourrait en prendre que 3.

Terrible Service
Do NOT go near this company. Calls and emails never answered. We had a major issue with one of our domains, gave up on phone after 2 hours in queue. They never respond to emails. Truly shocking service.

Brilliant, Brilliant Company
I have used Namecheap for a few years now, they are positively the best hosting company I have ever used. Their live support team is excellent, their new control panel is well designed, uptime is 100%, the hosting is at a great price, lots of TLDs are available and overall, they are fantastic. I highly recommend them to anyone and they have not failed me yet. Far better than any competitors.
