Bad experience
At first the experience with Namecheap was good. However when I signed up for my "£0.79" domain it implied that it would be £0.79 the year after too. No. They now want $14 from me (all of a sudden in a different currency too!. They've now lost a loyal customer and I now have to search for a new host! Not impressed.

Ease of use and great prices clean interface
Great company, clean interface, I moved all my domains after GoDaddy CEO shot that elephant. They however are impossible to get ahold of anyone in senior management, but the support department is good enough. Much better than GoDaddy or the others. Held over 500+ domains with them no problems at all. Be sure to check their coupon page before you checkout as you can always save a little bit.

Excellent service and support always available.
I have been with namecheap for many years. They have it all. Servers, domains, affiliates ... I am very happy. And the support is always friendly and with a maximum of 5 min.

Great Service and Customer Support
I have been using namecheap for hosting and domains registration for 3 years now. The prices are fair and the service is really good. What I love most about namecheap is the live chat customer service. They are really helpful and always available for help. I highly recommend namecheap.

I am generally very satisfied
I am generally very satisfied with their service. They don't offer technical hosting support as much as Hostgator, but their staff are far more capable than any of the companies I have worked with before. Also my hosting has never been hacked since I changed from Hostgator to Namecheap. While with Hostgator my account got hacked several times and their staff did nothing about it. They ignore you to get away from dealing with complaints
More than once I have been ignored for over 45 minutes because they don't want to admit they were in the wrong for deleting my website. They sent me an email saying my auto payment came through, then deleted my account and back up of my website. I've spent over 4 hours fighting them and I've only gotten back my url. F Namecheap!

Everything is good beside the speed.
There is not much bad to say about Namecheap, good support, good pricing. But the oversold servers really is a big problem, when having a webshop.I tried to copy all my files onto another server with another host, the load time was instant beside 2 sec load time.. :I

Bad customer service experience
I tried to purchase a deal they were having on and whilst doing so their website crashed multiple times. I eventually got to the payment where I paid for my product and then I was greeted with a "failed" screen - I checked my bank and I had already been debited the amount. I went to try again and it did exactly the same.
