Best customer support and service ever, like amazon, maybe better!
This is the best customer support and service I've received till now, and I used too much services like this one.It took 3 hours (Literally to solve my problem but they stayed with me till the end!

Bad experience with namecheap.com
I thought this company was trustable, wrong! I already had a website but I wanted a .com domain name but when I tried to connect the domain to my old site it didn't work. When I tried to make a new website with namecheap.com I had to pay extra money. I'm glad that I paid with PayPal because I requested my money back from them so I can buy the domain at another site.

These guys work hard to help and keep happy customers
I've been with many hosting outfits since 1995 and I found Namecheap in 2011, they are the only full service domain registration and hosting company I've used since then. I have 24 domains and 8 subdomains that I'm currently developing and maintaining for myself and my clients and all but one use WordPress. I use OptimizePress which is very demanding on servers and if I have a problem I can't figure out myself, I know that I can get resolution with Namecheap customer support. The support ...

Staff? What Staff? This is an offshore company which won't respond.
This is yet another company that fraudulently operates from Russia and the Philippines but has a license in California to appear that it works from California. They fail to respond to any customer complaints. I have to go to iCann to move my domains. Cheap and dirty.

High quality and helpful staff
Never had any problems with Namecheap. They are a little bit more expensive but they offer high quality products and the staff is very helpful.

Great company always willing to help
I have been a member with Namecheap since 2011 and since then I have received nothing other than great support and great pricing.Recently I forgot to renew one of my .co.uk domain names and it went into suspension with Nominet. Maria from the Namecheap team did a great job in getting the domain renewed for me at no extra cost. Thanks for the great help and support.

Great company
This is a great company. I have used them since 2011 I believe. They have cheap domains and also good hosting plans as well for those that need hosting.The hosting is very cheap as well, the lowest $9 for 1 year.The support is great most of the time. But I have had some bad experience as well with their support a few times exactly. Всем привет. Поделюсь своими впечатлениями от работы с неймчипом. - отличные цены- хороший шустрый хостинг- русский саппорт- сипанель, вхм все дела. ну как у людей- офигительный саппорт. Email Delays
it was a nice service but since some weeks there email server is bugged as hell email delay from 5-60 minsBut 1 week every day contact to support and no one cares about your problem!And i have friends that use namecheap too and have all the same probs but support only say everything is fine....Never again!!!!! i was customer for 2 Years but now i search for new one!!!!!
