Poor value for money

This company suspended my account because they say a backup file in my folder was 7gb. My sites were down for 6 hours because of a system file that I didn't even understand I had any control over. They contacted me to tell me I needed to monitor the account and remove the system file or else they would suspend the account again. And the thing is, they have cheap in their name but they certainly aren't. They give you 25gb diskspace and no more than 5gb for zip files. I wanted to upgrade my ...

Slower than a herd of tortoises

I've been a web developer for the best part of 15 years now and have used various domain registras in that time, some good, some bad. Never before have I had to wait more than 48 hours for a response to a support ticket. Namescheap have just got back to me this morning on a support ticket I submitted six weeks ago! So much time has passed I'd forgotten about it completely. Six weeks to get back to a simple support request simply isn't acceptable this day in age.

Best support ever

Amazing hosting company. Great prices and the best support ever. They are always there, 24/7. I host my several websites on Namecheap hosting and they never let me down. If there is any failure, it is being fixed immediately.

Best support ever

there support is the best i have ever seen. I ask for help to ping my domain to my teamspeak server and they answer me right away. They told me to get some info from my teamspeak provider but they could not give me that info, but namecheap did still go in a help me and now it all works!

Good domains and good prices.I've ordered at least 10 domains from namecheap in the last few years and I've been very impressed with the level of customer service that they provide, all the while maintaining cheap prices. One thing to be aware of though is that all transactions on the site are in USD, even though it shows you prices in GBP so you might get a non-sterling fee on your credit card - it would be nice to see that made a little clearer on the payment screen. Set up a new site here, good prices and the customer support replied rather quick! I felt like got a good deal for my domain and thus far all my sites have been up 100% of the time.
