Namecheap domain names are usally very affordable, and the customer control panel is very friendly, they also have 24/7 live support, although it can take a while to get a reply after sending a message.

Excellent domain registrar
I had only good experiences with Namecheap as a domain registrar. We have moved all our domains from Speednames to Namecheap now. The website is easy to use and the support was absolutely brilliant. Both live chat and email support were quick to respond and very helpful. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Namecheap is so far the best domain registrar website. They provide cheap quality domains, quality support. In all this business has been hosting my domains since 2013, yet no issues have come to my attention.

Just a horrible experience
Just a horrible experience. I don't know about their shared hosting but their VPS and Dedicated are horrible. DON'T TRUST NAMECHEAP WITH YOUR SITE.I regretted of even signing up with them. I have been providing hosting services locally with the help of my previous host for over 8 years with a great reputation. The first month i stayed with namecheap, the entire business collapsed because of bad services, over 70% of accounts on my server were deleted by their staffs and all they could say ...

Unhelpful and make it impossible to communicate
I have had a number of technical issues with this provider. Usually, helpful support is enough to address issues and keep customers happy. Namecheap's poor attempts to automate their support make it impossible to communicate and ultimately these problems don't get addressed.I was having a conversation with a one of their team on their live chat. They were taking 5-10 minutes to respond, which is fine. But I didn't reply in 5 minutes and they closed the chat, destroying all progress and ...

I would give them a 5 EXCEPT for those…
I would give them a 5 EXCEPT for those annoying notice to inform that "one of your domains is expiring" without including the fact I have it on autorenew. I've complained about this and they just don't listen. They send this notice well in advance of the reminder that domains "will autorenew." To be informed a domain is expiring when it's on autorenew is an unnecessary stressor and costs me time logging in to make sure, yes, I did set them to auto-renew.

The policies of this company are sick , they have suspended all of my services because I didn't answer their email after 24 hours!!! Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company, do not use these crooks. I have a vps quasar package paying around £30 per month, anytime my site has over 50 users on it goes down, this tends to be when we've done email marketing and i can 99.9% say they have cost me around £12000 in the last three months. It is a roulette when you wake every morning to check your emails then find nothing is available, please please do not use this company
