Will never use again

Will never use again. They failed to send me an advance notice that it would auto-renew. That was on me that it was set to auto renew, but I always get advance notices from Network Solutions and they are also auto-renew so I thought i'd get the same service from Name Cheap. I called the same day it auto-renewed (within 10 hours and after 30 minutes of Chat service I was told because auto renew was turned on, they would not issue a full or partial refund. Just a terrible policy and terrible ...

Top prices, industry-leading support

I've had a couple of specialist domains with them for a couple of years now, and I am in the process of transferring all of my client's domains over from Godaddy to Namecheap. The monetary savings are crazy, a .tech domain is £23 cheaper here than with Godaddy! For the price of one renewal with Godaddy, I can renew 3 with Namecheap. The support team I have dealt with now a couple of times and they are amazing, they are fast, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. The understand my ...

Does what it says in the tin.

Seems the reviews on here are quite polarised. I've never had a problem with them, and when I have their live chat has resolved it within a few minutes. Reccomend this to anyone needing a quick and easy domain registrar.

One word

One word: User interface. Namecheap is fine but whoever glued together that maze of craze called website needs to go in jail for that. Passwords and Logins? Well feel free to search in 6 different areas, with wrong links, and don't forget to search your E-Mail. FTP? Hah, it's 2018, who still uses FTP? So why generate it. No, DIY! Find the cPanel. cPanel? Better google for it to find it, it's not in the menus.

Namecheap has changed, and not for the better

Namecheap has changed since I first signed up with them nearly a decade ago, and definitely not for the better outside of their user interface online. For years I really Loved being their customer and signed several other businesses and individuals to them. With my experience the past year with Namecheap that love is gone. Customer service, fee structure & sizable increases have started to sour my mouth. Periodically my "Auto Renew" settings have been turned off with no explanation from ...
