Unacceptable experience- POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Unacceptable experience- I paid for domain renewal. Then they sent notice of expiration. When I inquired about renewal notice being sent after I paid for service, the customer service rep was no help. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Do not waste your time or money with this company.

Excellent service
Excellent service. I never had issues with my domain or hosting my site. I was a little confused when setting it up, as I was new to everything, but customer service was always quick to help. Plus, if you ever see their booth at an event, they have THE BEST shirts. So soft.

Confusing and Unclear Operator-Avoid!
Avoid at all costs. They quickly charge your card then fail to deliver what you paid for. Purchase your domains elsewhere folks.

I've been a Namecheap customer for almost a year now:
Overall, I've had an incredibly positive experience using Namecheap's services. Currently, I hold 10 domains with them (6, of which, are .comNamecheap seems to be the one relatively-trustworthy registrar which sells the most popular TLDs for a reasonable price. I'd recommend them for large investment portfolios due to their low renewal fee. I was looking to purchase a .org.nz domain, which they weren't able to provide. Always fast & friendly support

Wouldn't use any other Domain Provider
I've used Namecheap for several years and wouldn't look elsewhere. They are always helpful, quick to respond and able to guide when I'm not sure. We sell Office 365 so often get customers with unusual nuances in their domain configurations and Namecheap is always able to help.

Because of the prices
I really like namecheap because of their user friendly platform and the great prices / discounts they offer. I used to buy .com extension domain for less than $8 at the time, which is a bargain in my opinion. Also their support response is quick and reliable.

I have more 100 domain names which has been hosting in it for more than 10 years. Both the service and price are perfect. As to hosting service, I havn't tried it so far.

Cheap domains but so is the support
Namecheap is true to its name and offers cheap domains and also has a lot of special actions to save even more and is my go-to registrar for most domains. Still, there are some cons:- The support is very slow and can't even answer more technical questions.- If a domain is about to expire or has already expired, an avalanche of emails will hit your inbox regarding this.
