Namecheap harbors scammers
Namecheap harbors scammers. This host should be blocked from doing business in this country. Excellent support.
Today was reordering my email addresses and found support email from Namecheap, and had very good thoughts and reminded me when I had issue with payment and registration, and they resolved it very fast I am client from 2018, I don't know what issue had namecheap before but now its working super, Support is awesome. Wish anyone get same experience that I got. Also wishing best to namecheap team. Keep good work.With Best Davit G. Founder of UXC.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Been on customer chat for over 1:55mins (with Vlada Soldatikhina regarding them discontinuing the "Value" hosting plan and creating a cheaper service and not notifying the customers of the dicontinuation and that the "value" plan is no longer the cheapest. Had no apology throughout the conversation except for an automated response 50mins in as I mentioned this. Customer support is very bad and basic. Used to be amazing.
I have been using and recommending namecheap to clients for about 3 years. The support used to be amazing. But as with many companies they don't seem to be able to maintain the standards when they start to grow.In the last 3 days I have spent about 6 hours on live chat support with them - which they could have fixed in about 30 mins.I can't actually afford to host with them anymore because the hosting is cheap but unfortunately now, so is the support.

Happy with the domain products…
Made some International domain name orders with them and was happy with the service.Excellent customer support via chat, and managed to resolve issues every time. Reasonable prices with good promotional prices.
