I wouldn't use them.
Suspicious. They refuse to unsub me from emails despite me deciding to go elsewhere. Unsubscribe link just leads to a 404. Support runs you in circles. Rude and curt staff. Feels like they're just copying and pasting off of a script.

We are starting a class action lawsuit against Namecheap
AVOID NAMECHEAP at all costs. It is one of the most illegal, unethical and rip off companies. My hosting account has been suspended 12 times now and the support team told me to upgrade to the most expensive package without telling me what the issue is. Furthermore, the Ukrainian team is very unprofessional, ill-mannered and unhelpful. I was blackmailed into sending a few workers from Namecheap 1 bitcoin to resolve the issue. Appalling, unethical and illegal company
Namecheap is one of the most appalling hosting companies I have ever come across. I have been a Namecheap customer for over a year to host my websites. I have purchased a premium hosting package and the Namecheap kept on suspending my hosting accounts without providing a reason. The support staff has written back to say that they could not explain the problem but that they needed me to upgrade to their most expensive dedicated server package for one Wordpress website that receives 10,000 ...

Definitely stay away..!
I changed my hosting package and my websites haven't been running for 8 days. I've met with the help desk many times, but It hasn't been found a solution. Definitely stay away.

Have to reset my password every year…
Have to reset my password every year when I need to renew because they won't allow me to use an old password. STUPID SECURITY FEATURES! IF I WANT TO USE MY OLD PASSWROD I SHOULD BE ABLE TO THAT'S MY RESPONSIBLITY. Live chat didn't help.I have used another service because of this.

Scam be sure if you have premium…
Scam be sure if you have premium domains namecheap will stolen them after 1 or 2 years and resell to other domain brokers,be careful to move your domains to another registrar before this cheap company stolen your domains, trash company fraud highly not recommend

STAY FAR AWAY
Stay faraway from this company. So I ordered a domain name, transaction went though and suddenly they need to verify me. My account is cancelled on new years day.I get verification done on January 2nd. I am asked to pay another $38.8 to reinstate my domain name. When I contact them to understand why I should pay more more, I receive an apology for not telling me a refund was made.
