I purchased a domain
I purchased a domain. I opened an account. Next day their risk management group flagged my account. I could no longer get into my account.They sent me out a risk assessment email and asked me to fill out a form. I did. And then nothing. I checked back and now see the domain I purchased --my credit card was charged--was now available for purchase. So what is going on? Allowing Scam and Phishing Sites
Namecheap has allowed a person to register a domain name with them and to host a website on their servers to pretend to be our website and has been stealing Bitcoin from users under our name.The website is using our logo, address. FAQ, T&C and privacy policy.We have contacted them for over 2 months and sent 4 tickets so far and they are yet to reply to us.

Pretty good registrar
Pretty good registrar, most of my domains are with them and I like the free "WHOIS" Guard.Only thing I dislike is the "new" client control panel which is nowhere near as simple, intuitive and quick to work as the old one.It *looks* prettier - it just isn't as simple and fast.By and large though, I would reckon Namecheap are flexible, inexpensive and easy enough to use. Customer service is pretty good too.

This is not an ethical site
This is not an ethical site. They sell domains that are used to send hundreds of spoofing and phishing emails. When forwarded to their abuse email account -I get a reply. But basically it says they don't have any control-lie.Irony- they have a product which is to stop spam.

Good registrar
I've registered several domains with them and had no issues. The admin panel is not the best, but overall I'm satisfied.

Worst customer service on earth
Worst customer service on earth, not even basic domain redirects work and customer service is useless. Where do they find these people?You get nothing out of them in the chat, via email or on the phone.AVOID.
