Do NOT order SSL From namecheap. It has been 3 months now and they still hasent deliverd the ssl sertificate. Comodo is also useless. They dont call when they are saying that they will call. I realy dont have any words on how bad comodo is, just avoid it.

Worst hosting company ever and horrible customer service! There is no customer service contact number available, only live chat. You then finally speak to someone from Ukraine (aka #zone3000 and it’s literally the same script every time. No one can help you except send in another ticket for further investigation. The cycle continues. Get it together!

Shared hosting server has gone down…

Shared hosting server has gone down for some reason and when I tried executing the command #uptime it showed only 8 days and that proofs that the server has been rebooted or shut down. Had a chat with an agent but they did not want to lodge a complaint or tell me the reason why that happened. At least they should have notified me about the downtime. I know downtimes happens but they should at least notify me before/after the downtime with the reason. The girl says uptime has nothing to do ...

Takes forever to get basic support..

Takes forever to get basic support..When talking to support you get automated responses.They ask you basic questions and you get a reply with, please wait 7-10 minutes while we check your information..so it takes 30-40 minutes just to get answers to pretty basic stuff..Extremely annoying..

You should be really careful with domain auto-renew. You can't cancel .com domains just a few days before its expiry date with Namecheap. They want 35-65 days, which is nonsense, because my customers can't decide if they want their domain name, say, 2-3 months before the expiry date. I've lost money because of this unfair practice. I don't say that Namecheap decieved me, because it's written in T&C, but it's still really unfair. I have approx. 500 domains registered at different registrars, ...

Losing domains, blocking renewals, dropping privacy at 3rd party's request
