Doesn't really stand out from other companies. Despite the name "namecheap", let's be honest, often times you can still find cheaper deals from other companies. At leats it's part of the freebies from GitHub Student Developer Pack, so I suppose it looks a bit more pleasing to the eyes.

Poor experience
My WP managed website was down for over 48h, only fixed on the 3rd time I contacted Namecheap's (EasyWP chat support mentioning how frustrated I was with their service.

Namecheap.com clients hack & blackmail companies
Namecheap.com has clients who hack company servers & blackmail companies. Namecheap then hides & protects their paying client hackers from the victims of these illegal federal crimes. Beware of this company and their 0 (zero phone & email support for urgent illegal actions by their paying clients.

No service, cheap like the company name
First of all there service is like the company name already tell cheap. I got a issue with the login and need to get new password. I chat with the customer service, provide my data who they request and they forward it to the risk management. You are Guilty! no matter what you say! and we can't fix this.
They basically stole my money, a week after I purchased my domain names, they emailed me stating my domain was too close to someone else's. And I need to dissolve or cancel my account with namecheap. I said fine I will dissolve my domain names. They said NO REFUND, even though they brag about their 30 day "rock solid" guarantee, yep that doesn't exist. They are fraud if they will see that you search and register some good name, They will try their level best to cancel the registration and rob that domain name from you.. So better be away from them.

Don't fall in the trap.They will purchase the domain you are searching for, and tell you that it is not available, seconds later. Zero professionalism, I wished I read all these negative reviews on facebook and trustpilot. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
