Amazing customer support
What namecheap lack in hardware they make up for with customer service.Its the only hosting provider i have used that has a helpful live chat that doesn't keep trying to sell you add-on features - they just help :

Best hosting for entrepreneurs and self-employed
I really don't know why Namecheap has a low score. I've been working online for the past 11 years, and after trying other services (like GoDaddy, 1&1, etc. I finally switched to Namecheap and have been using them for the past year or so. Wordpress hosting is the worse hosting…
Wordpress hosting is the worse hosting ever i have experienced! i purchased 2 day ago, work on site hours, i take backup and then made the changes, then wanted to restore, i have been restoring from 1 day! because of this i can not complate my project, i lost my time, effort of hours! dont you think its pitty for customer ? they say we will solve this ! today is a new day, simple backup problem, they didnt do any from day! i am regret that i choose this package! never again!

Great pricing for domains (and not extortionate for renewals, like so many other domain suppliers. Free Whois protection is great, keeps spam to my admin accounts down.Not experienced any issues. Would recommend.

Do you know the difference between…
Do you know the difference between cheap and inexpensive? Cheap is not always worth the money. So don't use namecheap, because their support sucks. Complicated matters get even more complicated, because it's more important for them to answer you fast, using multiple people, then having someone handling your case and do it right.
