Poor recovery after mistake

During a recent chat session, a namecheap support person accidentally deleted all DNS records for one of our domains resulting in our most important website, all of it's sub-domain sites and email addresses going down for about half an hour. They apologised, but did not initially offer any sort of goodwill gesture even when suggested by us. After we followed-up with their feedback team, we were offered about $6 worth of coupons. Terrible service

This company is really horrible. Their support that is located in eastern Europe is useless, they are terrible. I spent 2 hours talking with them to get access to my account, their English is horrible and they take forever to respond. I am moving my domains to Google Domains. The only cheap thing about Namecheap is the quality of their service. If you want to avoid headaches, avoid this company.

I purchased four domain names though Adobe Portfolio's partner Namecheap. They were all around a dollar but when the renewal came in it went up to nearly $20 each.
