BAD SUPPORT
BAD SUPPORT. I couldn't login to my account that had 2FA enabled since I lost my phone. I contacted them and gave them every little information that they asked for but because their f* billing team doesn't have any information from 2017 they couldn't do sh&t. I verified everything they asked for but this sh&t company knows nothing

I’ll mannered and fraudulent customer support. My accounts were shut down arbitrarily and my DA 80 domain was not renewed and Namecheap kept it for themselves as it is worth a lot of money: will be taking them to court for this. Avoid this company

Komplett schlecht!
Komplett schlecht!! Habe eine Domain bei Namecheap gehostet für die ich 120€ bezahlt habe. Nach einem Jahr ist die Domain gelöscht worden, weil ich nicht genug Guthaben hatte. Aber keinerlei Mitteilung darüber erhalten und immer wenn ich eine E-Mail bekommen habe stand drin "Auto-Renewal: On". Für mich war das damit gegessen... nun bin ich eine starke Domain los und Namecheap hilft mir 0 in dieser Hinsicht...

Not happy about being locked out of my account
I'm not happy about being locked out of my account for over a day for no apparent reason with no response from support to a ticket. Add to that their rising prices and lack of conventional 2FA app support with for example Google or Authy. I've been a customer for about 9 years and things have gone downhill.I got locked out of my namecheap account for no apparent reason and it wouldn’t tell me I was locked out and I couldn’t get any help from chat or ticketing. I have been using namecheap for 4 years. everything was good but Risk management is the worst management in the world.No send ticket to the risk management otherwise you can be regret.

I'm giving one star because I don't have an option to give zero! This company is absolutely Terrible with a capital T and had I of known earlier (two and half years earlier I would have gone elsewhere they have been nothing but an absolute nightmare, wasting my valuable time and money so not ideal if you are looking to try and run a business whilst maintaining professionalism with clients/customers. They have stuck me in multiple auto renews and can not login to my account to stop even after resetting my password there is another layer of verification that they send to your device and of course I do not have my phone from 2 years ago DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
