This hosting company only for bunch of scammers. Namecheap protect scammers. If you wanted big site in one day you can just copy any website and run here.They don’t care in Report Abuse case. They are very lazy in responding. I will post all their conversations with them on social media.It’s best platform for scammers so professional people avoid getting any subscription with them

Namecheap works with criminals
Namecheap works with criminals, I once got doxed and then i reported it to their abuse department, they then will say they dont host the domain, while its registered on them! the company is legit and i have some domains here but their abuse department is trash

They are just scammerIt's not hosting company they are protecting all the guy websites who are violating the copyright acts. The legal team of this company can say so-called cheap and unprofessional. they are not serious about any report abuse case. very cheap company

Randomly locks accounts requiring uploading of state issued identification documents.... to..... THE UKRAINE.Now the domain you bought is locked and suspended. Cannot buy it elsewhere. They will not expire it either.

Purchased a domain. Received nothing.
Purchased a domain. The domain never got activated and customer service tells me the issue is not in their end, that I need to fix it by calling the domain name registrar. I bought the domain from namecheap I shouldn't have to then fix additional issues by calling additional parties, that is why I am paying Namecheap. They also refuse to refund my purchase. AVOID! as they do not take responsibility for their services.

Avoid or get out while you can and cancel your cards!!!
You have been warned! Wish I'd checked here first before my recent purchase.Used them years ago and they were okay. Tried them again just over a week ago - bought a single domain. Tried to log back in today - password not recognised. Tried again and got locked out for 3 wrong attempts (even though only two attempts were made and the details were clearly correct. I don't think their abuse team even does any work
Reported a bunch of fraud about a month ago. Like really obvious stuff. It's all still active. When I call to follow up, they just drop my call when they say they're transferring me. They're not replying to my ticket.
