Be warned, if you have any issue with 2 factor authentication such as needing to format your iPhone or if you had it stolen, they will be not helpful at all UNLESS you've kept EVERY SINGLE EMAIL they have EVER SENT!!! Used to rate them high! But not anymore

If I could give less than one star, I would. This company hosts a HUGE number of scammers. I am convinced that NameCheap is run by dirtbags who only are in business to provide services for scammers, thieves and low-lifes.

One of the shadiest hosting/ domain companies. They have a very small button under dashboard that says "View all domains". So I missed turning off auto-renewal for one of my domains and then customer service told me they can't refund me. This is how you treat your customers? Their domains and hosting is cheap but I think I am going to go with a less shady company next time, their customer service sucks.

Stay away from this company!

I had lost my account access and the namecheap support was very uncooperative. After one month of trying to resolve this issue, it was not resolved and is still ongoing. Even with proof that I was the true owner of that account. I am VERY disappointed in their services. Once a problem occurs the Live Chat personnel has no authorization to resolves any cases.

Namecheap usually has excellent service; however, recently, I have had a nightmare with them!It all started when they charged my card which put my card over and would cost be a nightmare in interest, to prevent this I got a refund for the domain name. They issued me a refund, and I thought that was it.Later I found out that my domain had been deleted. just useless company

just useless company, say we have unlimited disk space, you can host unlimited website but everyting has limit. You can not host more than 1 website, you can not use 2 php scripts at the same time and more more .. if - scores available, i would give them with my pleasure.

Customer service is very bad. They lock your domain with high fees and leave in a very bad corner. Most customer support have no idea what they do. Be aware, they are cheap but really high risk.

One of the worst support I have ever seen . Virtually non existing . They don't have contact phones . The live chat is not amazing . There 2MFA application is not preserving your private key if you like to change your phone . That will lead to locking your account . Unlocking your account will be agonising experience even if you manage to show that you still have access to your mail and phone number and personal details . I will probably never use them again . NameCheap is AWESOME

I really loved my experience with NameCheap! Their number 1 quality would be their low domain registration fee which even comes with a FREE WHOIS Privacy and forever. (Others charge ~$10 as an extra. Duh!They also offer cheap and affordable prices as monthly billings for hosting!
