Their shared hosting package is best plan for beginner WordPress site. I am with Namecheap since 2013 and I really love their services and support.

They do not comply with UK law or pay…
They do not comply with UK law or pay any VAT. Also take hidden charges on the renewal which they refuse to repay when called out.

Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. The customer service is really, really, really bad, as other reviews have mentioned. I would have it be 0 stars if that was possible. The waste of time incurred trying to get a problem solved costed 20 times the amount of the yearly domain renewal bill.

Not impressed with their "EASYwp"…
Not impressed with their "EASYwp" service. No matter what I do, I can't seem to get the site functioning properly. They won't even offer to help resolve the issue. I do not recommend them for hosting.

Be advised
Be advised..waited more than 24hours for a response. email isn't working after they had a maintaince last weekend. All you get is an email and chat that they need more time and don't give any update when the problem will be fixed. Even a status update would be nice but they just leave you hanging....Understand that if you run a business and you are dependent on your customer service and therefore dependent on the email that namecheap isn't really a company if you desire 99.99% ...
