easy to purchase product, hassle to get fixes and answers

good domain registrar if you just want to buy a domain - they make it easy. That's the good stuff done with.Support - no answers, no follow ups, no record of live chat, live chat hangin up and have to go through process again. I don't normally write bad reviews but it's frustrating and wasting my time. I hope that somebody at namecheap with some care reads this so they can go and fix this and make their support service better. That's

Wow worst service ever

Wow that's all i can say. This has been by far the worst experience i have had with a domain provider EVER. I would highly recommend not going with these people, crap customer service and a true unwillingness to help from Oleg and Alexander.

Worst web hosting ever

Worst web hosting ever. They block your website if you've been ddosed and will never unblock it saying it is your fault for being ddosed and they "SUGGEST" you buying a VPS/Dedicated hosting off them, which costs 10 times more than shared hosting. Having no more than 100 page visitors a day it is not worth the money. They had taken my website down for over a month and then they say I'm not eligible for a refund. Avoid this service if you don't want to ruin your business.

I loved their support

I loved their support. I usually get a quick response; though when you miss renewing your expired domain expect like 10x the price.

Knowingly allows criminal activity from spammers

Knowingly allows criminal activity from spamming clients!Want to run an ID theft operation, send malware, pose as federal agencies and various other companies and then send out millions of spams a day?Step 1: register your domain through Namecheap. They do not care what type of criminal activity you do and will even provide WHOIS protection and email services.Step 2: hack into a server or use your stolen ID data and set up a server in places like Russia or China.Step 3: Build your website ...

My personal experience with them has…

My personal experience with them has been fair. Good prices, good support, and I’ve been with them for nearly a decade. Hosted numerous domains with them and they recently helped me address a billing issue with a couple hours.

I have used namecheap for several years…

I have used namecheap for several years now. I foolishly turned on their double authentication system using Google authentication, swapped phones and lost the login. I asked the support to turn the double authentication off, they want me to go through their new authentication business they've now setup and provide then with an instant photo from a webcam that I don't have and copies of photo ID like my passport and send it to a foreign country to me. I explained that the account was still ...
