unbelievable bad hosting

unbelievable, 1.5 years with them and last Sunday I got my account suspended without any warning because of some queries in one of the databases, which seems to use too many resources and I affect the whole server. TOGETHER with the suspension (not before), I got one single mail with the info about this to fix it, which I can not do as I can not log in anymore. I am just a hobby designer and play around. I've had the worst experience with Namecheap. I originally purchased my domain name through Adobe Portfolio, then got an email from "Namecheap" out of the blue with no context even though I had never dealt with them. Their email said that my account was to auto-renew in a couple days and the only action I needed to take was to opt-out of auto-renew so I left it. But then my domain stopped working and as I'm going BACK and FORTH through countless emails trying to understand what's happening ...

I'm using namecheap since 2017I can only recommend, every time I have a problem, their customer support is always available 24/7 on chat. Shared Hosting uptime is excellent. Great prices. I'm a satisfied customer.

Worst of the worst service. After you place the order there is no way for a refund no matter what problem prevents you from using their system.Stay away !!

Otherwise good, but do not save credit card to Namecheap Education.They'll steal your money automatically, and do not even tell about it.Only tell you should renew it, which doesn't tell it will auto renew.Even if you disable autorenew in the Namecheap.com console, it will still bill it.Use Privacy.com or similar prepaid card system.

Hosting nightmare !!

Used dedicated server, extremely low FTP speed even though they say the server has 1gbps port, we got 0.50mbps - 1mbps speed or lower than that !! Is this a joke ?Customer service or technical team know nothing, they couldn't solve it. Maybe they gave us a VPS with the price of dedicated server. How could a dedicated server this low ?? Sometimes I don't see our websites live, sometimes the FTP client shows the account doesn't exist. This ******* ruined my business.

Sometimes they have some issues with their services and website, but the main advantage is sup team. I cannot remember the case when my question was not answered :

I ordered a VPS with Namecheap on a suggestion from someone then had the worst experience of my life They do not value time.I will give a negative rating if possible.Worst customer support wasted my 3 days and yet no solution.
