When I first moved all my domains over to Namecheap they seemed like the greatest thing since sliced bread. After a few years, however, I find that their support has gone downhill.No longer can you get phone support and a recent inquiry resulted in much miscommunication over chat and the chat window kept crashing. THE WORST CHECKOUT PROCESS!!This website has the worst checkout process ever. I had to enter 3 times my payment details unit accpeted. You click "continue" and nothing > the button becomes disabled and nothing happened. You have to refresh and then again and again. When I decided to enter different registrant information - same! Just stop disabling this "continue" button. I don't feel this website is safe.
