Our company has been using Namecheap for about 5 years. I can honestly say that Namecheap is THE WORST APP that our company uses.Its always down and when it isn't down it can take up to an hour to see a single page of orders.This has been happening for 5+ years.All of our personnel hate using Namecheap.Contacting them doesn't help.Big mistake using Namecheap, and we’ve been looking for better means to help transfer our website off their platform and we saw positive reviews about techcyber, ...

I have to concur with the other one star reviews giving Namecheap a poor review due to its customer service. The platform is fine; however, it is ghost town on steroids if you have questions about your account. I've done business with two other companies similar to Namecheap in the past. Both companies provide real people to talk to who are knowledgeable and willing to assist their clients. Appalling service and not a good…
Appalling service and not a good attitude from chat assistant either. They automatically turn on auto renewal. In my case I contacted them within 24 hours of them taking money for a domain that was to rollover about 28 days later. I did not want to keep the domain and asked for a refund. They advised they would not refund because auto renewal was on. Now if it was after the domain registration date I would understand, but a month before? Unacceptable. This would not happen in the UK.

Scammers and hackers use this company. Bunshaircare.com are hackers. They stole money from my ex partner who has Parkinson's disease and now he is short of cash to pay for his medicine!

10 years of excellent support
I feel like a valuable member. The prices are correct. The checkout is easy. I find a chat representative in under 5 minutes. The knowledgebase is very good and complete. I can easily change nameservers and records. There is integrated whois protection on all domains.Last week I purchased an SSL.This was installed by myself within 15 minutes. + easy website+ easy checkout+ payment methods+ support- domain marketplace could be better

The worse service ever - cheap isn't always good!
The worse service ever. No communication from the risk department prolonging to resolve an pending issue. I'd lost my phone and two-way verification codes, supplied them all my details and information including passport photo. Still after 5 business days this hasn't been resolved. Poor service.
