Complete waste of money

Complete waste of money. Support is ULTRA SLOW and just quits the chat after 50 minutes of NOT helping at all.Their imbecile "support agent" Andrey Sokolov just quitted the chat!Impossible to use even though I am no NOOB at IT.STAY AWAY!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Got locked out of my account because of a password issue. Talked to five people, very automated they all say exactly the same thing and at the end of the day nothing has been resolved.

Quality of hosting = very poor

Quality of hosting = very poor, website kept going down Customer Service = even worse, every time you get in touch, they ask you to wait 5-7 mins then give you a copy paste answer - they weren't even interested in seeing why my website was going down.

Horrible service, I used godaddy for years than genius that am I migrated to the namecheap worst regret in the universe!First day they blocked my account for excessive use of resources, a query that takes 0.0019 seconds on Godaddy.And they left their account locked for more than a day so that I could recover my data when the server is not being used.
