I wish I would read these reviews before migrating my website to Namecheap. The migration process took 3 days and I have lost 3 days' data after the migration completed, despite it was written that migration mostly takes 24 hours with max 15 minutes of downtime. Namecheap is a fraud company without customer's care and customer's service

Worst service, worst support and stollen money
I bought a hosting with domain and uploaded files for my website. After a few days I can't sign in my account. The support didn't answer for a few days. Then they asked me to send them a photo of my credit card. It looks like scam.They didn't refund my money.

Domains are cheap so does the support
If your ticket goes to Risk Management, You might very well forgot about your domains at namecheap. They will take months to resolve and weeks to respond. Live chat will have no idea of what Risk Management team does.

Liars once paid they don't deliver
Liars, when you search for an domain name for example dot nl. It will tell you that the domain is available and you need to top up your account balance. Once you did that it will tell you that the dot nl domain you've put in your basket isn't a supported TLD by namecheap. So you will get stuck, money topped up and you can't buy the domain or get an refund. The Customer service is very rude as well.Stay away from them. Look for another registrar.

Beware of these cowboys. You purchase a domain then they avoid answering your questions when trying to retrieve the name. DO NOT DEAL WITH NAMECHEAP
