Disgusting company, disgusting support. Stay away if you know what is good for you. That is unless you want you websites down all the time and removed for ridiculous reasons.

Scam
found a domain and went to register with them, the price went from $9 to I had to make an offer starting at 199, what they do is search the domain, tell you its available when it isn't and then when you cant purchase they will try to sell you a different domain. Spoke to their support and apparently the first search didnt work and thats why they though they could sell me the domain. Totally unethical

Perfect for buying cheap domains.
Perfect for buying cheap domains. But, although it is cheap, the panel should be changed to something like a Cloudflare free account. It provides so much more options and offers free SSH. It's quite simple to change it, follow the instructions after signing up to Cloudflare. So I rate a 4/5 since it fulfils its purpose.

Another creative scam in the end
I decided that I would cancel the domain. BUT, They will take your money a month prior to an annual renewal and they have a no return policy. Creative Scammers at the end of it. Victoria Balukh:"Unfortunately, to all my respective to you as a client, I cannot issue a refund. The order was submitted 8 days ago. It is not possible to do that at this time."Today is May 27th and 8 days ago would be May 19 (a month early )And my account started "Since Jun 18, 2019 (344 days ago)" .

I use namecheap for all my hostings and…
I use namecheap for all my hostings and my clients' hosting since 2016. The hosting is one of the cheapest but stable and high quality. The service is perfect and they never fail to fix any issues for me. 10/10!

Digging namecheap
I have been using Namecheap for a few years and it is my go-to site for domains and emails. I can't really say anything bad about them. I bought my last domain (fullrunning.net) in under 3 minutes.

Working with them from 2015. Every time I need help from hosting namecheap.com support team was ready to serve their best service. Recently I had to recover a domain which was delayed payment for more than a month. They gave me a wave off the extra cost(which described in terms and conditions $60) and just paid the renewing cost.They give good support for their customers. Knowledgebase is also very helpful. most of the things are described in the knowledgebase.
