I have been with Namecheap for around…
I have been with Namecheap for around 1.5 years. If I wrote this review two months ago, I would give Namecheap 5 stars because of their excellent tech support and great pricing. They even helped me resolve my DNS issue with Godaddy(Godaddy SUCKS!).However, my experience was completely reversed one month ago. Unbelievable bad and cheap services
Unbelievable bad and cheap services, domain registration is a very stressful process, totally lazy noneffective support , you need to register and pay for the domain twice then wasting an hour begging for fix something should not be happened!!!...I will transfer all of my domains away from this junk

It Is Insanely Cheap and Epic
I like it. It is insanely cheap compared to other places and your first month of Webhosting is pretty much free. Only costing about a few cents! I haven't experienced a problem due to them. But I did have a few site crashes but that was because of me messing with plugins. The domains are cheap aswell. I have nothing bad to say about the site. They even let you pay into a balance using PayPal so you'll never have to give them your card details.

No help with fraudulent domains
No help with fraudulent domainsWe contacted namecheap to help us with a fraudulent domain that is blatantly using our name and taking innocent peoples money. Namecheap are not particularly bothered with helping the community they serve, they prefer to assist criminals laundering money through replica domain names. Facebook are facing the same issue with namecheap and we hope a ruling against them stops this behaviour!!!

Namecheap is the best place to get hosting account and domain. The best thing is their customer support. I have always had a great experience with them. I feel other hosting provider should learn from these guys. They don't treat their customers as just a "number". They do understand them. They respect their feelings as well. NameCheap Sucks
NameCheap sucks. In September 2019, I had DAILY exchanges with their incompetent, illiterate technical support team a bit OVER TWO WEEKS without ever receiving a complete resolution. The support was so inadequate that one of their Hosting Team Leaders eventually became involved and said, "To my regret, some confusion occurred and the misleading information was provided".
