what a dum support they have they blocked my website for 24 hours bcs they said i have ddos attack and there's no ddos attack i still can't believe that loldue to that i lost 50$ which i was supposed to earn that day the worse hosting / support are db they don't know anything I'm regret to use it and all my life i will keep regretting

Sadly their support not willing to help, I have been with many similar site companies if serve auto-renewed by mistake they do support us with refund but this company namecheap they did not support and just wasting time with them as they say 24 hours is expired. thanks for charging me service that I don't use.

SCAMMERS!!
I just purchased my domain today and they disabled my account for no reason. They also stole my money and the support was unable to help avoid these scammers and go with someone reputable.

Cheapes Domains but Worst Hosting ever
Cheapes Domains but Worst Hosting ever. Bought VPS plan for my website. First it was powered off for some reason, support took an hour of mine every time and solved the problem finally in 2 hours. Now from yesterday, my nameservers are not set up and I cannot connect my domain. Again hanging in space with a rep who asks 5-10 mins for verification of the account, for hi and for any information.

Email Servers Not Reliable.
While fine for domain registration, their email servers are horribly slow. Email forwarding sometimes works, sometimes does not. I'm still waiting on a test email I sent myself 2 hours ago. I have clients and colleagues tell me they sent me emails that were never received.

Slow and not working properly
Dns management is not working properly. record adding is not working properly, or I cant do it with namecheap. I will move all domains I have on this and suggest you think twice before using a cheap service.
