Offers Domains They Can't Sell
They offer a lot of domains on their search page they can't actually sell because they are reserved then they refund you after you pay. Absolutely useless WHOIS search.The same domains are coming up as not available on 123 Reg and they have almost 5 stars on Trust Pilot so I'm switching.The support person tried really hard but ultimately had to confess their system has bugs and it just doesn't work properly.

These guys are the absolute worst at…
These guys are the absolute worst at customer support. First off, they don't offer any support via telephone. They shutdown my website and email while also locking me out so that I couldn't retrieve my data for the website that I developed. Upon providing paperwork that they requested they are unwilling to let me have my website data back. I am literally going to have to sue these guys. Do yourself a favor and take your business else where.

Namecheap is just perfect
Namecheap is the best and cheapest provider for domains. I don't know why others complain about the support or the uptime of the websites. The support fits, as long as you explicitly ask them to take care of the problem for you and the uptime of the websites fits too. (I have been using) the Stellar Plus plan for over 1 month now.)

Best support in industry, competitive pricing
I don't write reviews regularly, but I just had to recommend Namecheap. The support staff is unbelievably competent (especially in comparison to other registrars). I had to do numerous phone calls with my previous registrar and the domain (complicated) transfer still did not work. With Namecheap it was a matter of minutes using the support chat. Namecheap is as seamless as it gets in this space
