Support staff points blame to partners
When you profit by taking the promotional responsibilities away from the registrar, then it should be no surprise that you are responsible for the promotions you run. Namecheap got hacked
Namecheap got hacked and my account had over $600 of charges come through on the credit card they kept on file. No way to contact them other than their slow to respond live chat which had me submit a support ticket and wait for someone to contact me about it. I contacted them while the hack was happening but lack of a phone number slowed the process down. Hopefully I will get my money back but I dont know yet. I would stay away from them. They cant even keep themselves from getting hacked.

Will Not Stop Criminal Activity!
Don’t deal with Namecheap. Through the use of Bitcoin and WhoisGuard criminals and spammers can hide behind this secrecy for illegal purposes. Also, reviews suggest that they do not act when people report and bring these abuses to their attention. I have complained about a phishing site for over a week which is hiding behind their protection and they refuse to act. Innocent families are getting ripped-off big time. Richard Kirkendall the CEO should be ashamed of himself!

Namecheap customer service spent 50 min denying their email server does not work atm.
Olga Bodnarchuk and Igor Shevtsov spent 50 minutes trying to tell me their email server is working while it does not.Normally namecheap is ok however it seems it went downhill.I am expecting an important email. I do not know what went there. May look for another provider asap.

Great Services and 24 hours Support
First, I admit they are slow in setting things, which take up to 24 to 12 hours after registration. However, I have been using other hosting services, but, I'm surprised by the speed of my website when using Namecheap. To be honest, I really enjoyed their support, but I was upset at first considering it took long to install SSL and other kinds of stuff.

One word i have for namecheap is that there support is awsome and very very helpful iw ould definitely recommed them to anyone with closed eyes. I dont get it why they have negitive reviews. They are super awsome!!!

Namecheap customer since 2014
I've been a Namecheap customer since 2014 and I've had nothing but positive experiences with them, both from their products and their support. They're quick to honor their money-back guarantee if needed and their support is 24/7 and truly knowledgeable. I started in 2014 by registering domain names through them, and now I'm about to host a dedicated server with them. Highly recommended.

Account suspended for no reason
My account was suspended for no reason. They have given a refund but have not responded to me contacting them. I will not be buying ANYTHING from namecheap again. If you need a domain, I recommend porkbun.com.
