Domain not added to my account
I bought a domain, successfully paid with my credit card and it was not added to my account! What the fck???I am now trying to contact their support to see what I can do to be able to manage the product that I BOUGHT! Never saw this anywhere before!UPDATE: They manually added the domain to my account, and now I can't update the nameservers!! Seriously, WHAT THE FCK??

I would like to use the worst vulgar words and sentences here to express my experience with their support!Unfortunately, Trustpilot does not allow using bad words, I would use them with great pleasure to express how bad their support is! Do NOT use for email provider
Do NOT use for email provider. Honestly, they have cost me time, business and money, far more than any savings are worth by choosing their email hosting. Namecheap email is consistently problematic, and the service level when trying to rectify issues is simply woeful. I have to move service providers because they can't/won't resolve issues, saying if the issue "occurred" but is not occurring "this second right now" then they can't do anything to assist solve it, this same issue repeatedly ...

Lied about $500 premium site being available
Bought and paid for a premium $500 site. They said itd be available in 10 days and then said it wasnt available after waiting. Wouldnt give me any info as to why or how this happened just that it happened and they were sorry. Nothing else.

Namecheap is a proven & documented host of many SPAMMING & PHISHING domains. This may NOT be a suitable host for LEGAL & LEGITIMATE business. highly recommend for buying domains of all kinds, not sure about the country specific TLDs. Why because they charge normal rates on the renewal. While other domain companies charge twice or thrice on renewals.Hosting also recommended but only the business package.

VERY POOR SERVICE!
I purchased a domain name and hosting with Namecheap and i regret it because i would not have if only i came here first to see the poor reviews they have. Their shabby services include Denial of Service and inability to work in the control panel of your website. When i log into the control panel and click on any link like Softaculous i am logged out and when i try to log in, it says my IP address has changed!
