Terrible customer service process
As long as all is going well you are OK. There is no telephone number. Therefore anything urgent becomes a stressful experience. I am 2 weeks, 5 hours and at least 20 emails into what could be a really simple fix.I have been advised in the future to go with GoDaddy as there is effective customer support.

I got a locked domain!
I got a locked domain!I received the access to the domain instantly but badly the domain got after 1-3days of test use locked and now need to "contact the support" I already done this now for the 2th time. The first time I got a response after 1day and the ticket just got closed with "We are currently experiencing large numbers of support requests. Stay clear
Horrific experience. Ordered a shared hosting server last Friday. IP address was compromised from day one and was constantly getting blacklisted. I provided proof that there was a scamming website on the same IP address of the shared hosting. Support team completely ignored this, refused to help resolve the issue and was absolutely useless. Asked to move my instance to clean IP address and was ignored. Never again. Just asked for a refund. Stay well clear.

These clowns are a joke
These clowns are a joke. I tried to transfer my website to their servers and they made a mess multiple times. They really have no idea what they are doing. I had several problems, but the final one involved them deleting my website!

Absolutely dreadful company
I ended up cancelling all hosting & SSL even though they were paid for just to remove any dependency on this service. Cancelling everything took a session with tech support...there isn't even a form to cancel service (SSL specifically.) The tech support session took 2 hours, which pretty much tells you everything you need to know about this clueless company.

Nameshi** - EasyWP Apps - Unreliable servers!!
Bought the new EasyWP Supersonic and couldn't be more UNsatisfied. If you want to spend good money, and loose your entire 10GB website, with costumer, orders, etc etc Namecheap is the way to go. Its just unbelievable that a company this big leaves a website offline for more than 48 hours and then asks the costumer to give them backup or restore myself because they didnt had all the files... Embarrassing honestly, I could go on and on but taking my 12 websites from there has already ...

Don't buy from this domain provider
They are a scam! They don't offer refunds on domains when all other providers do! they don't respond to emails and lie and say they do! DON'T use them they are a scam and fraud!
