Fabulous domain and hosting provider
Fabulous domain and hosting provider. I've been building websites and setting up hosting accounts for over 20 years. Since discovering Namecheap 8 years ago, I don't bother with anyone else. Their tech advisors are red-hot and available via message 24 hours a day. What more do you need?

More like a friends

A happy 10-year Namecheap customer
I have used Namecheap for over 10 years now and I've been highly impressed by the company in its move to keep maintaining their core product of domain names and hosting but to create other products, like VPN and logo making.I always recommend Namecheap to anyone needing these services because I know this company will treat them right.

VPN is logged!
After using their "no logs" vpn for two years they changed their privacy policy and give users small note about it. They log big time here! IP, connections and time, cookies, browser types, done by them and third parties now and it goes on. Read the policy, they still advertise that the vpn they have is "no logs" Lie! And best of all, no refund. Use at your own risk and get loged more than an open connection. Freind tell me about this vpn 2 years ago, very bad now. Big regrets

Privacy was bad
Privacy was bad, even though it is claimed they support EFF. A contact from my phonebook seemed to already have auto-invited himself and herself to my information, after using their VPN. :(

Complete and utter scam of a service
Complete and utter scam of a service. I have repeatedly told them not to auto charge my credit card, I do not want to use their services any longer and they refuse to listen. I am going to be forced to direct my bank to dispute any further charges from this scam site. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!
