Great platform, terrible customer service help
Great platform, but customer services is terrible. I had problems loading my business cards before purchasing, I have contacted live chat customer support and talked to Vlad but for over 40 minutes he was unable to help me.

Namecheap is where I personally buy all of my domain names
Namecheap is where I personally buy all of my domain names. And I’ve been with them for several years. I love Namecheap because they have 24/7 customer service, via the live chat, which is good. They’ve always taken care of me.So to me it’s worth the extra couple of bucks per year, to get a very smooth experience. And get the cool app and everything that Namecheap offers. They also do this thing every year where they have a super cool Black Friday sale.

Every day, I get anywhere between 20-50 scam emails from Namecheap's criminal clients. Namecheap know this. It's been going on for over 24 months. They do nothing. Why would they?
