Love Namecheap over GoDaddy
Namecheap has been great to work with and has helped me out a lot with migrating my domains and hosting to them. I honestly thought I couldn't find a replacement for GoDaddy but I was wrong. I'm happy to be here now!

Do not work with them - very sketchy
Do not work with them. They promised me a refund and instead "refunded" it to my account, where I could not withdraw the funds. If the office manager at my company had not noticed, I would have never received the refund. I had to live chat with them for over an hour to receive the funds.

No responce
I have tried to use the chat box you have to no avail. I have been sent 2 emails telling me the messages i did get thru would be answered. So far nothing after 9days.
