God forbid you have an issue

God forbid you have an issue, aside from great value domains their chat room service takes hours at least two to three just to fix a small problem....its exhausted and frustrating.

I am using Namecheap last 8 Years, their service is the best that ever I have seen. More than 7+ hosting and 300+ Domains that I buy from them.

If there was less than one star, I'd give it.Tried to buy a new domain. Have hosted 3 there over 6 years. Never got a validation email. Tried 15 times. Then spent over hour on live customer support, from no telling who or what part of the world. Then sent email to support. Day later, they want you to go to some 3rd party, hook a camera to your PC so they can take pictures. Of course they go into detail about how safe it is... REALLY??? Frustrations

Tried to order a domain, what a huge frustration! Getting the same error "VALIDATION ERRORAdmin Contact: Please use English letters and numbers only." over and over again. Changed everything to what they asked for and still getting this message. Decided to register somewhere else.
