Held hostage by poor customer support

I have been a namecheap customer for over 10 years. This is the first time I have had a problem that hasn't been solved quickly.I signed up for their Ghost Machine app but there was a problem with the SSL certificate. http does not redirect to https. Awful network provider hosting criminal activity

Absolutely atrocious, reckless, & irresponsible host provider who ignore very serious abuse reports. I got scammed to the tune of $6000 by a fraud website that Namecheap are currently hosting. They are still continuing to host this even after having reported it, along with requests & captured evidence pleading with them to remove it. Promote spamming and only care about money!

Do not host with them! They have a cheap and no good support. They support by allowing people to host with them who promote email spamming. After i contacted and provided proof emails and screenshots of daily spamming i get from their customer who host with them they said sorry cant help instad go to your hotmail settings to put filter.Namecheap.com you know who i am check your ticket EBB-194-75207 to which you took over a month to reply and only after i agrued in your chat.

This is the worst

This is the worst, worst, worst, worst platform I have ever used, and I have used many in my life. It is cheap, but it does not work. It so bad that it does not even deserve one star, if I could I would rate the so called platform 0. In my humble opinion just go for something that actually works i.e. wix, weblflow, wordpress, whatever, if you want to be sane, please do not use this pathetic platform.

Namecheap Hosting is absolutely…

Namecheap Hosting is absolutely terrible, overpriced, slow and hard to use. They are particularly scammy with how they force users into paying for an SSL in an age when most hosts offer Let's Encrypt standard on all new domains / hosting accounts. Bordline unethical and exploitative.

BAD SUPPORT

Used to be a great company but now their support is horrible. They took 4 months to reply to our ticket....long enough to loose the domain. Hopefully everyone realizes this and moves their domains before they get shafted too..

I have used Namecheap for one year. They have good service with good support team. I can recommend to any one.
