Auto-renewal was off yet they renewed.
We turned off all domains from auto renewal. We were still auto renewed. Several chat sessions later, they refused to refund. We charged the transactions back to our bank and now they have locked us out of all of our domains including the paid in full ones. Furthermore, they are emailing us renewal notices and we cannot access the account to stop them from billing! SCAM. There are many complaints about auto-renewal being reactivated! HORRIBLE SERVICE
HORRIBLE SERVICE. they claim they get back to customers in 24 hours, I have sent an email on Sunday, by Thursday I still have not heard back. They couldn't figure out I'm a human and treated to lock the website. After they couldn't get their act together, they decided to charge me 200$ for THEIR inconvenience. I should charge them for MY inconvenience. STAY AWAY. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Best hosting service ever.
Cheap host, pretty good UI/UX, fast and amazing support, and also if you forget to pay your hosting service by 1-3 days, they are very nice and don't delete it immediately.REALLY RECOMMAND IT!

SCAMMERS!I paid online and painstakingly set up my site) they will "ask for a photo of your credit card" (even the Nigerian email Princes aren't stupid enough to ask for this), and if you don't provide it within their narrow 24hour time-frame they cancel your account and take your website down. Ticket ID: NIW-370-74510I can't log in to my Namecheap account neither my domain only two weeks after I paid for it. I received an email from their support team about "DOMAIN CONTACTS UPDATE CONFIRMATION EMAIL". Namecheap is a great domain registrar
Namecheap is a great domain registrar! I love them, and they not only have cheap domains, but they also have a very nice panel/dashboard, too!! Furthermore, I had an issue with my domain, and support was very kind and helpful. They weren't super slow, but they weren't super fast, either. I'd say support speed is average. Overall, great domain registrar.
