Namecheap is ridiculous

Namecheap is ridiculous. I changed my phone and kept the same number, they still locked me out as I have 2FA. Now it's gonna be 1 week and they still haven't resolved this, still no access to my account, support is extremely really slow to respond.UPDATE: the issue is now resolved, only because I accidentally stumbled upon a person from NY who works for Namecheap and he prioritised the issue. All that Ukrainian support (all of them have Ukrainian names) are useless and it goes in rounds for ...

Customer service is nonexistent

Enough. I don't want to be a crank, and I realize U.S. customer service is generally poor by international standards. But I've taken over as webmaster for a site with their domain hosted by NameCheap, and it is approaching two months on January 13, 2021 that they've ignored our requests to access our own site and the documentation we've provided to show we own it. They simply won't do anything except close tickets that aren't resolved.

SUPER BAD, STAY AWAY IMMEDIATELY NOW & FOREVER

SUPER BAD, SUPER BAD & SUPER BAD domain registrar. STAY AWAY FROM THEM IMMEDIATELY NOW & FOREVER.Their API is full of errors, contains tons of real time errors, support chats needs at least 1 hour with 3 sessions to understand what is issue. While they always require verification for each chat to fix their API errors only.Stop using them and stay away ASAP.

Namecheap are only good for one…

Namecheap are only good for one thing... hosting scam websites. If you want to scam people with phishing and fake e-commerce websites with no comeback at all, use Namecheap. They will let you get away with anything and will very rarely take any action at all. Great service. Recommended for any scammer both new and professional.
