Are you using MURAL?
Spotsaas Editor’s POV
Mural works best for distributed teams running synchronous workshops, design sprints, and brainstorming sessions where real-time co-editing matters. Before shortlisting, verify that your team can commit to live sessions—asynchronous workflows (leaving comments on static boards) feel clunky compared to tools like Miro or Figma. Check whether Mural's template ...Read more

"Easy to Use - no "training" necessary for this collaboration tool"
What do you like best about Mural? We used Mural to help participants capture their ideas together in a large on-line meeting - it was so easy that it literally took us 3 minutes to "train" everyone on how to access and use. Very intuitivie! We also used it for remote teams to capture a visual board of our brainstorm ideas off-line to then work off of together in a session. Again - super easy to use even for the less digitally-savvy! What do you dislike about Mural? I do sometimes have ...

"Mural is a fantastic interactive digital whiteboard!"
What do you like best about Mural? Mural has allowed me to shift my in-person strategic planning sessions, where I normally would use a "sticky wall" to the online world. The availability of icons, images, and gifs makes it fun for participants while still allowing for some serious work and collective thinking to occur. What do you dislike about Mural? I do wish all users, even those with accounts, could be animals as well. They are way more fun than just initials or a headshot. What ...

"Wonderful collaboration tool for remote improvement work."
What do you like best about Mural? I love using Mural for collaborative improvement sessions - whether working on strategies or mapping a process. I'm impressed with the ease of setup as a facilitator - I can create a template for a Mural then re-use it over and over to drive similar sessions. Even better - it's simple for users. Usually 5 minutes of practice and everyone is a pro, and there's no need for lengthy setup processes with the "visitor" links. The simplicity of creating sticky ...

"Review MURAL"
What do you like best about Mural? easy and intuitive to work with. It allows you to share ideas or bring ideas in a group together. What do you dislike about Mural? The function to combine many sticky notes and icons to a group so that i can easily displace them or change the size of the group. The multiple selection via shortcust Shift + STRG doesn't work that well if you have built a complex picture (e.g. mind map). What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you? I mostly ...

What do you like best about Mural? Tools associated with mural- like the different shapes, colors, tools. "Mural is an excellent tool for collaborative brainstorming"
What do you like best about Mural? My favorite feature of Mural is how intuitive the interface is for new users. I also appreciate how I am finding new ways to use the tool for different tasks. What do you dislike about Mural? I believe Mural needs a larger variety of shapes and the org chart tool could be more robust. It would be great if more Visio features could be built into Mural. What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you? Brainstorming, flowcharting, meeting ...
