"So much functionality!"

What do you like best about Mural? It is really easy to get up and running to use. Easy to invite coworkers to MURAL or as guest viewers. Many templates are available too! What do you dislike about Mural? It took me a little bit to figure out some of the UI, but once I did, it was fine. I just couldn't figure out how to unlock some elements for a while. What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you? I was sharing roadmaps, visuals, research, and collaborating together with ...

"User-friendly tool to facilitate workshops"

What do you like best about Mural? Mural is very user-friendly and has a low learning curve, which is really helpful. I had to learn the program and get it ready for use in a client workshop within a week or two, and had no problem. My usage for Mural has been to create a dynamic, interactive space to facilitate virtual client workshops. Mural allowed our groups to iterate and ideate quickly and in real-time, while we updated the environment to reflect the discussion. We had a group that ...

"Mural is a great collaboration tool"

What do you like best about Mural? It's super helpful for brainstorming and generating ideas. What do you dislike about Mural? It works better for Mac users than PC users. It's not a great tool for note-taking. As a UX Researcher, I wish it was easier for new users because it could be a great tool for remote research sessions. Researchers who attempt to use it for a session, often waste valuable time training participants to use Mural. For that reason, I don't use it. Recommendations to ...

What do you like best about Mural? Being able to have multiple people collaborate at the same time during a session is great! I often use the anonomous filter so people can get ideas down wihtout being exposed and also voting to allow individuals to pick which items are most important to them. Mural take all the awesome features of a giant in-person white board and has managed to capture it in a virtual tool. I enjoy searching through other Mural templates that other people have ...
