Developing a visual output of an existing and dated user experience flow was a dreaded task, bound for a series of terrible PPT slides was made much easier when I found Mural. The user templates made it easy, but the best part was inviting all key stakeholders to add their pieces, speeding our development. What do you like best about Mural? It's online and easily accessible for people to collaborate at the same time. Very user-friendly, lightweight and have a lot of out-of-the-box templates designed with industry best practices. What do you dislike about Mural? Little more documentation, which is easily accessible. Few commands are very different than people generally used in most of their day-in and day-out jobs. However, those are minor issues. It takes a bit of time to show participants how to use it, even if it is very user-friendly. What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you? Keep track of complex topics. Divide and conquer. We can make split meetings more efficient, picking up where we left.

What do you like best about Mural? The ability to collaborate with internal and external partners while working remote was critical during the pandemic.
