Powerful research tools and handy metrics tracking but reporting leaves a lot to be deesired

What do you like best? I really like the competitive research tools. Being able to compare the Top 10 SERPS for any keyword or phrase across domain, page, link, and social metrics is incredibly powerful. The keyword grader is also a quick, handy tool that I use at least a few times a week as quick validation on keyword optimization for a page.
