So Far, So Good

What do you like best? The entire interface is easy to use and understand. Our baseline knowledge regarding SEO is pretty low and Moz is still easy to figure out. That said, I don't think it caters to us but instead, encourages us to learn more. We've only been using it for a few months but have already improved our page rank and rank among keywords. No complaints yet! What do you dislike? I don't love the initial layout. It's kind of tough to get into your campaigns for the first ...

Use daily for various marketing activities and research

What do you like best? User friendly platform, accurate information and top notch support staff. What do you dislike? Open Site Explorer tends to go down often, leaving us needing another way to research. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Competitive analysis, keyword research and linking opportunities for SEO.

Keyword Research & Monitoring

What do you like best? We use MOZ a lot to research new keywords that may result in SEM / SEO opportunities for the organization. MOZ has proven to be a very useful tool monitoring our competitors. What do you dislike? The pricing is on the upper end of a support tool. A version for small and medium size businesses should be offered at a discounted price. Because of the broad number of functions the interface is more difficult to use than other options in the marketplace. ...

Great tool for website analysis after redesign

What do you like best? This service breaks down any/all the site errors for you, helps you prioritize them, and helps you learn how to fix them. What do you dislike? Honestly, nothing. The only issue we had was the reporting was delayed one month due to an issue on their end, but nothing major. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are working to clean up our site after a complete redesign. This service has helped us tremendously.

The go to product for SEO and Content Research

What do you like best? I like the ease of use for basic backlink checking. This is, by far, the best thing about this product. What do you dislike? Some of the data, like any tool, has gaps and if you take MOZ as the only results you can miss things. Recommendations to others considering the product For the price the value is great. Anyone that is interested in doing anything with content or SEO should have this as one of their tools that they check weekly at least. If you are ...

Great for audit a site

What do you like best? I like the quantity and the quality of the metrics I can choose. It is a great tool to audit websites. if you are a SEO guy you can improve your time evaluating websites. What do you dislike? It is a great tool for good budgets. If your budget is low, the price can be too expensive. For small projects you can use the freemium package but that package has not all the features you need. Recommendations to others considering the product Very useful if you ...

Good guideline but not best tool

What do you like best? Moz lets you set up keyword groups, and tracks your google rank for those keywords at the individual and summary level. The tool offers a well designed and useful dashboard that gives you the basic information at a glance about how your campaigns are doing. You can then click to drill in to get the details. Moz also allows you to define your competitors so that you can benchmark yourself against them. What do you dislike? its expensive, its not use full in ...

When it comes to SEO, Moz Content is there to help you

What do you like best? Ease of use: their interface is very intuitive, and even if SEO is not your daily job, you can quickly learn how to use all the tools they have for you. What do you dislike? Freemium is too restrictive. Sometimes we need to analyze and improve SEO for small websites, and only the premium package offer useful information to troubleshoot SEO issues for those sites. Recommendations to others considering the product Don't give up right away. It might take a few ...

A good tool for monitoring your garden

What do you like best? The configuration of keyword monitoring reports is easy, and provides valuable ongoing awareness of the performance of our efforts. We use the reports like priority lists, or drive more work where it is needed the most (determined along with other analytics tooling. The professional advice and related industry news is also great. What do you dislike? Having to pay additional for any significant API is a bit of a drag. The $500/mo minimum for anything above simple ...
