What do you like best about Motivosity? It is fun and engaging, which makes it easy to draw people in and increase engagement. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Being another tool that folks have to go to is always a challenge. Tool fatigue is real. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It builds connection between employees and helps with team building and retention.

What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity is wonderful because it provides an avenue for our team memebers to commend each other with positive feed back and gratitude at the time that assistance is given or when good deeds are noticed. It also provides incentive for our team to complete otherwise tedious tasks like safety classes, or to take advantage of a free vaccination clinic. It's probably my own lack of training, but there a few modules that I don't use well. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? The reporting element could use some work, you do not have many options to filter reports down. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to publicly recognise fellow rockstar employees across the globe.
