It gives employees a space to share success stories, accomplishments and give recognition. The system is easy to access and use from a computer or the mobile app. The website is inviting and easy to navigate. There is an increased feeling of togethernes and ackowledgement about of one another. The platform is very easy to use, and the team encourages us to use it in unique ways. We have seen so many of our staff take the time to appreciate each other and it has allowed us to keep our company values top of mind. When I've scheduled Happy Birthday's to people I can't really tell if it's scheduled or not there isn't anything saying "scheduled message" or recognition that it was completed.
