What do you like best about Motivosity? the ease of use, the way that everyone can see everyone's appreciation posts so everyone feels recognized What do you dislike about Motivosity? nothing, its a great platform and i dont know of any way to improve What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? employee satisfaction and helps to retain employees

What do you like best about Motivosity? I enjoy the appreciation and achknoledgement shared amongst our team members. Motivosity gives us the platform to do so. What do you dislike about Motivosity? There are not a lot of options for redeeming Motivosity bucks. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It is hard to network while in a pandemic. Motivosity allows us to stay in touch, share insights, and express gratitude.

Having extra money called "sweeteners" is confusing. Also a missed opportunity to call them bonus bucks. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?
