"Love Motivosity! Easy to use and fun to get and give recognition."

What do you like best about Motivosity? It is very user-friendly. Easy to recognize my co-workers for all the big and small things they do. I like getting a weekly email with highlights like birthdays and work anniversaries to remind me to recognize these things. I also like that there's a little competition thrown in with who the most active user is (it's me so far!). What do you dislike about Motivosity? "Easy, Convenient and Inspiring"

What do you like best about Motivosity? It makes it simple to give motivation and thank them for their hard work all in the same place. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Nothing really could use more ways to say thank you. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? I have not noticed any problems but have realized that the team sees each other more with the program.

"Easy to Spend"

What do you like best about Motivosity? I like that we earn dollars to spend in any amount, not points that cannot be redeemed until you hit a certain threshold. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I'd like to be able to spell check when we type in our appreciations. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? We are letting people know that their actions are noticed and appreciated.

What do you like best about Motivosity? This makes is soo much easier to give incentives and awards. Before this we had to purchase everything ahead of time and not know if employees were using it. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I was under the impression that there would be more coaching/meetings about setting up. We were just given a couple of links and basically figured it out.
