When things are busy at work, it's hard to remember to check in on updates. Often forget to post appreciation until the end of the month with the reminder emails. "Fun, Easy and Motivating!"

What do you like best about Motivosity? I love the fun that Motivosity brings to our workplace. We can add awards; it tracks anniversaries, birthdays and is just an excellent tool for showing appreciation. I love being in the Top 10 in my company, but even that helps me to see the level of appreciation people are showing each other. Excellent software for all kinds of employees

PROS: I like the interface, and it comes with great design. The social media integration is impressive, as well. The functionalities are emphasizing on recognizing and appreciating employees, and it’s providing a great way to motivate them. Unlike the other tools out there, Motivosity is cleaner and more user-friendly. CONS: I wish I can customize notifications on the platform. I noticed that after I recognize an employee, I don’t receive any notifications when someone placed a comment on ...

I see a great improvement in our business with Motivosity

PROS: Motivosity is very easy to use—and navigating through the platform is as easy as browsing your social media account. It is of great help to the company, making the day-to-day communication and business process much easier and faster. CONS: I don’t particularly appreciate that I can only view a limited number of members on a page. Also, when I try to browse to see the list of other members, it takes me back to the top instead of taking me to the bottom.
