I can easily see the reminders to send thank-yous, congratulations and appreciations to my direct reports. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Provides a clear overview of team activities

PROS: Motivosity is an excellent tool that lets me see what task or project every department plans to work on, what’s in progress, and what has been done. The tool provides me another eye to all team members’ efforts. As the head of the company, I appreciate the help of Motivosity to our team, helping everyone engage and feel appreciated for their jobs. CONS: Among the things that I don’t like about this tool is that there’s no customization option for my recognition. Yes, the admins and ...

The best software for team collaboration. Encourages each one to perform better!

PROS: Motivosity is the perfect tool for those who are looking for ways to determine and recognize the contribution of the employees to the business. Everyone in the company can provide feedback to their peers—and this made me realize how great individuals and teams work for the success of each project. It doesn’t just encourage employees to give their best, but also motivate others who struggle to keep up with their peers to do more. CONS: I can’t say anything bad against this tool as of now.
